Background

The client was launching a global relationship-coaching program and needed a scalable, conversion-ready funnel, unified coordination across multiple teams, reliable implementation, and a smooth, low-friction launch — so I stepped in as Tech Project Lead, owning strategy, systems, and execution across the entire digital funnel end-to-end.

Challenges

I was coordinating multiple teams (copy, design, ads) while building a complex Kajabi funnel with interconnected pages and videos, integrating calendars, email sequences, and payments, all under tight timelines and recurring decision meetings — which required strong structure, accountability, and clear priorities.

Audit & System Review

I mapped the full user journey — from ad to opt-in, video funnel, booking, and payment — then identified bottlenecks, manual steps, technical failure points, and automation opportunities, documenting everything into a clear project plan.

Solution Architecture

I designed a scalable Kajabi funnel with opt-in and video pages, automated sequences and reminders, integrated calendars and booking logic, smart tagging and tracking for post-launch analysis, and fallback flows with safety links to prevent drop-offs.

Implementation

I built and configured the entire funnel in Kajabi, organized all video assets, connected calendars with follow-up automations, mapped ads through booking and payment, and tested everything end-to-end — while coordinating the project in Trello with clear milestones, task ownership, review cycles, and recurring alignment meetings, keeping everything transparent and traceable.

Documentation & Handover

I delivered a functional funnel guide, launch and post-launch checklists, update instructions, and a monitoring plan.
