Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between:

and the Client who engages CIGGA Labs for services.

By requesting or using our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Services

CIGGA Labs provides, among others:

  • automation and workflow integrations

  • digital marketing strategy and campaigns

  • technical maintenance and ongoing support

  • strategic and technical consulting

The specific scope of services is defined in each proposal, contract, invoice, or written agreement (including email).

3. Engagement & Project Start

  1. The Client submits a request/brief and relevant information.

  2. CIGGA Labs reviews and issues a proposal including scope, costs, and timelines.

  3. Work begins only after written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of the advance payment.

Any changes requested after the project has begun may affect timelines and costs.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 50% advance before project start

  • 50% on completion, prior to final delivery of files, credentials, or full access

  • monthly services (maintenance/automation) are billed in advance

Late payments may lead to delays or suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our work is custom:

  • No refunds are provided after work has started.

  • If a project is cancelled before the start date, any advance may be partially refunded after deducting confirmed costs already incurred.

  • Subscription/retainer payments are non-refundable, but services will continue until the paid period ends.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables transfers to the Client only after full payment is received.

CIGGA Labs may display non-confidential work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials, unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Revisions & Collaboration

Unless otherwise specified:

  • up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per deliverable

  • additional revisions are billed separately

If the Client delays providing content, approvals, or feedback, project timelines will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Content Responsibility

The Client warrants that all materials provided (text, images, data, accounts, etc.) are lawful and properly licensed.

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content promoted.
CIGGA Labs reserves the right to decline projects that violate applicable laws or platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

We perform services professionally and with due care. However:

  • results such as revenue, conversions, rankings, or traffic cannot be guaranteed

  • CIGGA Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost business, reputation loss, etc.)

  • total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project

10. Confidentiality & Data

Client data is used solely for service delivery and communication.

CIGGA Labs will maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information and will not disclose it to third parties unless legally required or explicitly authorized.

11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some services may rely on external platforms (hosting, APIs, SaaS tools, ad platforms, etc.).

The Client understands that:

  • additional third-party fees may apply

  • CIGGA Labs does not control the availability or performance of third-party services and cannot be held responsible for downtime, policy changes, or platform issues

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., outages, natural events, large-scale technical failures, legal restrictions).

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Disputes will first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Timișoara, Romania.

14. Changes to These Terms

CIGGA Labs may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted or communicated. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
